In 2016 our inventor and founder got heat illness during an Ironman 70.3 race and had to receive medical attention. (626 people died from heat illness in Arizona last year.)
For the next two years he studied the human-body's thermo-regulating systems with doctors, scientists and athletes of all levels. In 2018 IceRunning was born and the patent was awarded. Cool Ice Running shirts were born!

2. To improve athletic performance by keeping body temperature lower and delaying loss of hydration and electrolytes.
